Clean sheets and towels were appreciated.

The room was dirty upon arrival with trash everywhere. We found hairs on the beds and floors, and the bathroom was a complete mess. Coffee stains and uncleaned surfaces gave a very unsanitary feeling, making our stay extremely uncomfortable.
